SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
All prices published on the Website for countries of the European Union include the corresponding VAT. You will not have any additional charge and you must pay for your purchases by credit or debit card.
FERRANDIZ reserves the right to request a copy by fax or email of the card used in the purchase and the User's identity document to confirm the veracity of the data provided by the client.
In the case of countries outside the European Union, the prices that appear on the Website do not include VAT. When you receive your package, you will have to face a surcharge of taxes and customs. To request detailed information on these expenses, you can contact the customs offices in your country. The delivery of the orders will be made at the address freely designated by the User in the order form. In case of an incorrect introduction of the data by the User, the costs will be borne by the User and we will not be responsible if for this reason the delivery of the order cannot be made, as well as for reasons beyond the control of the assigned shipping company, such as it may be the absence of the addressee.
Our national shipments to the Peninsula have a cost of 3 euros and are free for orders over 30 euros. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Portugal, as well as international shipments to countries within the European Union, you can request more information by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
At Ferrándiz we care about the satisfaction of our customers. If you want to make a change or simply want to make a return, remember that you have 10 days from when you received your item and to do so you must meet the following conditions:
– To return an order you have to write to email@example.com within a maximum period of 3 days indicating in the subject the order number and in the body of the mail the following information:

– The products must arrive at our atelier in perfect condition, together with the identification label and in their original bag; They cannot be used or damaged.
– You must send the products to our atelier at Calle Floridablanca 3, Edificio Huerto Ruano 7D, 30800 Lorca (Murcia). You can do it with any courier company. The shipping costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer unless the reasons for the return are attributable to FERRANDIZ, such as, for example, that there is an error in the order or that it is defective.
– Refunds will not be made on discounted items, nor on pre-order or personalized items, such as those revealed on fabric.
Once we have received your email with all the information and the item arrives at our atelier in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method you used and you will receive an email confirming the payment of the return.
In the event that your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted.
